Bavaria Towers

Marketing und Interior Bavaria Towers

An ensemble of superlatives is dawning in eastern Munich: three office towers and a hotel tower - the Bavaria Towers - will be constructed based on designs by Spanish star architects Enrique Sobejano and Fuensanta Nieta, . It is the first major high-rise project that has been approved in Munich for many years. The distinctive tower ensemble will soon form a new gateway into the city. Planners are seeking DGNB Silver and LEED Gold certifications for the project.
Modal M was commissioned to support Bayern Projekt, the Munich developer and client representative, in marketing the office space in the new buildings. Consequently, Modal M designed the project office as well as a marketing lounge. The now-completed 250 square meter lounge creates an exhibition space in which the walls can display impressions and facts about the Bavaria Towers project in development.
Furthermore, Modal M will be responsible for the interior design of the foyers and the common areas in the office towers.
