Following the successful pilot project in 2019, which introduced open working environments, CSMM was once again commissioned by Linklaters Frankfurt – this time to plan and design the client areas on the conference floor on the sixth level.

As part of the refurbishment, the previously colourless and rather austere spaces were transformed into a warm and welcoming environment. A harmonious interplay of beige tones, light oak and blue accents defines the new look and feel, combining elegance with a tangible sense of comfort and wellbeing.

Particular emphasis was placed on creating a representative reception area, a flexible multipurpose room and the design enhancement of the existing corridors. The newly reoriented reception area, featuring a bespoke desk, custom joinery and high-quality lounge furniture, now forms the inviting calling card of the floor.

The repositioned multipurpose rooms, equipped with movable partition walls and flexible furnishings, allow for a variety of settings – from meetings and seminars to informal gatherings. In combination with the reactivated roof terraces, they create adaptable work and breakout areas with a strong sense of place and amenity quality.

The formerly dark corridors also appear in a new light. Glazed elements, open sightlines, light curtains and an adjacent meeting lounge allow daylight to penetrate deep into the interior. Timber and light slats articulate circulation routes and introduce warmth and spatial depth. The partially reconfigured conference rooms have been modernised in line with the new design concept and upgraded with state-of-the-art media technology.
