For a new workplace design to succeed and to create a space where employees feel a strong sense of belonging, it is crucial to foster open communication and to involve employees in the process.

If the goal is to have employees view their office not only as a place of work, but as a second home, it is up to us as architects to shape this cultural change. New workplace design is a major transition for employees, which is why we are so intent on involving them in the change process at an early stage.
