For a new workplace concept to be a success, and to create a space with which employees strongly identify, it is crucial to foster transparent communication and involve employees in the process.
If we want our team to view the office not only as a hub for doing business, but as a home, we as architects must help to shape this cultural change. The new office will be a major transition for employees, so they must be involved in the change process at an early stage. We pursue a proactive and fair information-sharing policy and ensure that employees and committees are personally included in the project process.
