An existing building was to be developed into a multi-year interim office space for the young, dynamic start-up Bosch SAST. In consideration to sustainability, a soft transformation was deliberately chosen. For example, the area built at the end of the 1980s was „preserved“ as an „Objet Trouvé“ in the sense of an archaeological site. Cellular structures were broken up to create an open, communicative space. Spatial dynamics are created by the new visual connections, which are intensified by the space-defining cut edges in the corporate identity colour orange. The young start-up Bosch SAST, which is on an expansion course, has called in the new work expert CSMM – architecture matters to develop new office space. An interim working environment has been rented in the city center of Munich for the next 5-7 years until the construction of their new own company building.
