Together with its base building, the 15-storey building The Seven Tower encloses a quiet inner courtyard with central water garden. Outside, the whole building is surrounded by gardens and this combination represents one of the most exclusive building projects in Munich.
During the construction phase, the development company faces a multitude of challenges, particularly in reaching agreement with individual owners of the units. To ensure that the residential tower block consisting of 105 privately owned apartments is completed on time, CSMM is taking over the co-ordination and detailed planning of the various special wishes of buyers, representing the client on site and supporting completion on demand by mediating proposed solutions between the parties.
