Hines Property is creating a new focal point in City West with ZOOM, a brand-new retail and office development. CSMM, Berlin, is helping Hines with the marketing. The architects have come up with an open-plan design for the layout of the building, while bearing in mind fire prevention requirements. They also took into account the striking diversity of the different kinds of façades in the inner city.
