DEAL Magazin: Back to the Office – DLL’s Approach to a New Work Culture

This was the question De Lage Landen faced during renegotiations of its existing lease. The company was seeking a modern and agile work environment that would unite creative aspirations with functional needs. The goal: to create a workspace aligned with the company’s structure and its flat hierarchies—while offering employees compelling reasons to trade their home office desks more often for those at the Düsseldorf location. The result of this process was a clear decision: a comprehensive renovation of the existing building and the negotiation of a new lease at the familiar address.
