Relocation CSMM Munich: First look in our new office space

After ten years in the Werksviertel, we are returning to city life.

For now, it is still a shell – full of space for imagination. Yet even now you can already sense: something special is taking shape here. Our new office on Lindwurmstrasse will be urban, open and modern – a place that truly reflects who we are.

This time, we are not designing for our clients, but for ourselves. Our own ideas are coming to life here – in a space of possibility for encounters and exchange, for retreat and focused work. Just as we developed it together in the workshop with Steelcase.

Our current office lease will expire in the spring of 2026 after ten years. As we continue to grow, we've decided to move to a new location that offers us significantly more space – with additional meeting, team, and planning rooms that will allow us to further enhance our collaboration. This new site provides the ideal conditions.

We look forward to the months ahead – to rethinking and co-creating. And ultimately, to moving in during spring 2026 and filling our new office with life.
