Shaping Our Future Workplace – with Steelcase Towards the CSMM Office of Tomorrow

CSMM is entering a new chapter: in spring 2026 we will move into our new Munich headquarters. But this is about more than just a relocation – we are developing our future workplace the same way we do for our clients: through a structured workshop process, hand in hand with our entire team.

The journey began with an inspiring workshop hosted by Steelcase. Bringing in an external perspective was essential for us – not only to avoid tunnel vision, but also to gain fresh impulses for our own work environment.

The first results are now on the table: they clearly highlight the values, needs, and ways of working that should shape our future office. Our goal remains unchanged: to create a space of possibility that strengthens our culture, supports our workflows, and enables change – designed by and with everyone who will bring it to life.

These insights lay the foundation for the next steps. Additional workshops, surveys, and ongoing dialogue will help us refine ideas, set priorities, and transform them into a workplace that truly reflects who we are and what we need.
