Welcome-Days at CSMM

Welcome to CSMM – arriving together, growing together 

Not long ago, we had the pleasure of welcoming new colleagues from all six of our locations to Munich for our Welcome Days. Over the course of two days, we opened the doors of our headquarters – and our team – to them.

Our newcomers had the chance to explore Munich, get to know all our business areas and understand how our organisation is structured. They also gained insight into our values and goals, and enjoyed the opportunity to meet the management team in person for open conversation and exchange.

HR was, of course, on hand to give everyone a warm welcome and guide them through this key stage of their onboarding. For all involved, the Welcome Days were a brilliant chance to experience the CSMM spirit firsthand and start building meaningful connections.
