DOMA Collective, München: Urban Flow – Feasibility study

DOMA Collective is a forward-thinking concept that combines work, wellbeing, mobility and community in a single urban development. It’s more than just an office address: Our ambition is to create a vibrant destination that thrives on openness, flexibility and sustainability—a new neighbourhood focal point that enriches daily life while making a clear architectural statement within the urban context.

The building’s aspirations are evident from the first glance. Colour, light and generous forecourts transform the entrance into a warm and inviting space. A widened plaza with ramp and terrace access links the complex directly to the city, setting the stage for arrival. Information pillars guide the way, while bold accents highlight the ground floor as a public space and give it a distinct, recognisable presence in the neighbourhood.

The ground floor is the beating heart of the project. Here, public amenities blend with spaces for connection and exchange. The Healthy Café pairs good food with wellbeing and flows directly into the gym, which also offers activities in the interior courtyard. At the centre, the Coworking Café Collective anchors the building as a social, networking and culinary hub. A sculptural spiral staircase leads directly up to the business centre on the first floor—a double-height space that celebrates light, openness and transparency.
