Through analysis, strategic planning and conceptual ideas Modal M supports the Client with regard to the internal and external appearance of the building as well as improvement of customer ow. Existing ow barriers are reduced to increase customer spend and to improve spatial quality and atmosphere. One of the greatest challenges was to implement the various changes in a manner which simultaneously respects the strong architectural heritage of O.M. Ungers as well the investor's need for a vibrant image.
