The listed DB Pyramid building in Frankfurt's Europaviertel is being revitalized with an innovative modernization concept. The goal is to preserve the building as an icon of Frankfurt Brutalism while making it future-proof. The transformation includes a resource-efficient use of the existing structure and the creation of a modern usage concept that considers both ecological and social aspects. The 51,000 square meters of space will be efficiently restructured to enable sustainable and contemporary use.
