The company sought a modern and agile working environment that combines creative and functional needs. The goal was a workspace that reflects the company’s structure and flat hierarchies – and encourages employees to swap their home-office desk for the one at the Düsseldorf site more often. As part of this process, the decision was made to undertake a comprehensive renovation of the existing building and to negotiate a new lease at the same address.”
