When a leading international law firm moved to Tower 1 in the FOUR Frankfurt skyscraper, it marked a new chapter combining modern working practices and sustainability. Across seven floors, the design brings the firm’s identity to life—tangible in daily work and client interactions.
A dedicated front-of-house area conveys confidence and professionalism, while desk sharing and flexible work concepts enhance collaboration and efficient space use.
Developed by CSMM and NEOTARES, the workplace strategy promotes freedom, creativity, and connection through flexible zones, a café, library, and kitchenettes. Meeting rooms support both spontaneous dialogue and formal presentations.
With this move, the firm redefined its work culture—focusing on flexibility, collaboration, and innovation. The new environment makes the company’s identity a lived experience in every detail.
