Since 2017, we have worked closely with our strategic partner company in Warsaw, based in the vibrant district of Grochów. Located on the eastern bank of the Vistula, the neighbourhood is undergoing significant transformation, combining its historic character with contemporary urban development—an inspiring setting for forward-thinking approaches to architecture and planning.

Our Warsaw team plays a key role in advancing the digital capabilities of the practice. With specialist expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Building Information Modelling (BIM) and 3D visualisation, they help shape the ongoing digital transformation of our planning and design processes. Close collaboration with our offices in Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf and Hamburg is fundamental to this approach.
